We recently completed on a sale of a lovely two bedroom apartment in River Meads, Stanstead Abbotts. The property was one that we had been letting for a great client since 2008. During that time we had four sets of tenants living in the property with the first ones paying a rental of £750 per calendar month. In today's market this very property would achieve £1,200 per calendar month which is an increase of around 60% but equally as important as the rise in rent over the years was the steady income it provided for the Landlord with very few void periods. 

Moving forward the time came for the Landlord to sell the property and we were instructed to market for sale. The marketing included the usual presence on the top property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and On The market as well as our own Hunters.Com website.
