Over the last 12 months, the average rent achieved for properties let in Ware Region was £1,104 per month.
Rental market:
According to ONS average rental values across the UK rose by 1.4% in the year to February 2021. Rents in the UK excluding London increased by 1.7% in the year to February 2021. In our own Ware Region local market the average rent is now £1,104 per calendar month.
In addition, according to the RICS March survey, tenant demand is increasing, as the latest net balance rose to +36%, up from +26%. Landlord instructions however continue to fall according to a net balance of -25% of contributors and we are seeing this confirmed in our own market place with a definite dwindling of properties available To Let at any one time and so this is a good time to invest in the Buy To Let market locally.

The UK economy is predicted to grow by 4% over 2021 and 7.3% over 2022, set to recover to pre-pandemic levels by mid-2022.
